Yes, please search old posts about this, for most, the voice comes back, but it sometimes takes a long time. My friend lost her voice after her second surgery for the other side, and she's a speaker by profession. She was told one of her vocal chords was "paralyzed" but a few months later, her voice came back on its own. There was also someone on here that did injections to get the voice back---don't fear, these seem to take a while, but seem to have a happy eneding.
