How long does it take?
How long can it take to feel the benefits from vitamin supplements?
I recently added more iron (85 mg) and Vit D (2,000 IU D3) to my supplements because of low-normal labs. For example, I know it will take several months to see the ferritin climb (mine is currently 20) but how long does it take to notice physical benefits along the way?
It's only been about 10 days since I added these in, hoping to help with the awful muscle and joint pain. I'm already on supplements that include B6 & 12, etc.
