| Iodine free vitamins?
Does anyone know of any iodine free vitamins? I've been taking Centrum, but since I've started taking thryoid meds, my face has been breaking out in cystic acne (I know I'm sensitive to sodium chloride, so I don't know if iodine has the same effect), but I've heard you shouldn't take in any extra iodine because it could be too much with the Synthroid.
My face really broke out when I took some fish oil, so I'm guessing that's also because of the extra iodine. I never had a problem with either the fish oil or vitamins before.
