I am having my surgery April 28 a TT. My nodule is 6cm and I am quite scared about having it removed. Can someone tell me what to expect after surgery.I have not seen my doctor in a few months,he told me I did not need to come back and he would see me the day of the surgery.I have read what to expect, but I would like to hear from someone who has actually been through it.
I am supposed to start an interior design class on May 1 and I am concerned I might not be up to it.
Check out this post. You are not alone.

I question the ability to take that class you are going to be off meds and have limited manueverability for at least 2 weeks. It is possible to work if the teacher is willing to work with you.. but I do not know how up to the work you will be. You should call the surgical department and nurse and ask their take on how quickly one recovers under your Dr. X.

It so depends upon so many factors, from how you handle the surgery, to how far the class is, and how you are going to get there.
I was driving by day four after surgery, but not long distances. I would have gotten stiff sitting in a very long class, but could certainly sit for a one hour session or so.

Thank you Reese,
My class is from 7:00 to 9:00. I may have to miss the first one and then hopefully be ok by the next week.
