Selenium And Zinc

Hi,

Just wondered if anyone has had any success with selenium and zinc for thyroid problems and if it helps in conversion of T4 to T3. I have an acquaintance who had success with it and asked my doctor if I could try it and he said fine - just not to take at same time as Synthroid.

Thanks,
Liz
