| New RA Scan set for Monday and Tuesday
While I am in between taking the glow pill and getting my first scan Monday, they will be doing more blood work... I can't imagine what more they can test for, anyone?

anyway, I am glad I decided to go ahead and get the scan done again. The Dr that wrote the RA report from last year wrote this " there is an area of diminished tracer uptake in the inferior tip of the right thyroid lobe; I do not know if this is "cause" the gland is simply thin in dislocation or if there is another hypo functional nodule"
"Cause" ?
Conclusion: There is one large hypo functional (*cold*) nodule in the right thyroid (this prev underwent FNA) and there is possibly a second smaller hypofunctional nodule in the inferior tip of the right lobe.
Oh, and this is listed as a I-123 x 1 when I was setting up the scan for next week, I swore they said it was a I-131, what is the difference?
