Can anyone explain why you can still be shaky and hypothryroid?

I am looking for some guidance. I am still hypo, but shaky from morning until early evening. We tested cortisol levels and they were fine.

My last TSH was 8.96 on 7-30. It was 1.74 on 7-23 and my T-4 Free was 1.3 and T-3 Free was inadvertently left off of the test. In May, it was 3.21, but I have had several med changes since then. At the highest, my TSH was 125 back in March.

Do I increase my synthroid?? My next endo appt is 8-25 and I cannot get in any sooner.

If your free T4 was 1.3, it's very unlikely you need to reduce your med. You really need that free T3 test, because it could be too high even though your free T4 isn't.

Also, we can't be specific about test results without the lab ranges for each test. A comparison has to be drawn between your result and where it falls within the reference range.
