There are no absolute equivalents between Armour and the T4 meds, but 2 grains is the rough equivalent of between 148 and 200 mcgs of T4. So, yes... Your on about right the right dose. You may need to tweak a little bit if the 2 grains doesn't feel exactly right over time.
Forever... "Grain" is an older pharmaceutical term of measurement. One "grain" of Armour is equal to 60 milligrams (not micrograms, as you wrote). So, 120 mgs is the same as 2 grains.
