Finally finished all tests!
 

Well I went to a new endro Dr who ordered blood work 8am & 4PM, a thyroid scan since last yr I showed a nodule on thyroid & today an iodine intake that I did for 3 days. The nurse called about my blood work sd the TSH was 4.89 which isn't too bad but the Dr wants me on levothyroxine 50mg but cut in half for now & have blood work redone in 4-6 wks again. It's been a long long fight to find out whats wrong with me I'm in my 2nd yr of feeling crappy.

Congratulations on finally getting the diagnosis! If you're like many of us, you certainly don't relish having a chronic disease... But isn't there a big sense of accomplishment in finally getting it treated after suffering so long?

I'm so glad to hear that after all the testing and waiting that you have a diagnosis. Not that we want to have something wrong with us...but what a relief to now have medication and be able to start on your road to feeling better!!
