| Finally!!!! =D
So, I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia about a month ago. I have still been seeing an endocrinologist about my thyroid though. I've still felt like I needed just a little bit more medication (only on 75 mcg). No endo was ever willing try me at 88, or add Cytomel, or switch me to Armour. However, I was on the phone with my CFS/FM doctor this afternoon, and she asked if I had ever taken Armour. She said that she doesn't care about TSH, and in fact most of her patients who have thyroid problems do best with very low TSHs (around or below 1). Also, she doesn't care so much about what the number is for my FT3 and FT4, but cares a lot more about how I'm feeling. She wrote me a script for 15mg pills of Armour, and told me to start with 3 every morning. If I don't see any difference in how I feel after a week or so, try taking 60mg (1 grain). I'm so happy that someone is FINALLY willing to try me on Armour, and isn't too picky about the dose. I'll let you guys know how it goes. I'm also really glad that this happened now, as I move back into my college dorm room tomorrow morning.....
