I had a drug induced Lupus reaction to Cozarr which is the same as your med. My first symptoms was very painful wrists, the it went on to arm pain (both arms) & one morning I couldn't get out of bed because I my bones felt like they were glued to the bed. It went on to swelling of the hands, fingers, feet, knees. Extreme fatigue with an immediate drop in my blood iron level. The swelling didn't go down for several months. My knees were permanately damaged so that I now have to wear elastic bandages to walk. My fingers were also damaged so it is difficulty to type & work with my hands. It took 2 yrs for my blood level to come back up. I have to wear a flotation device (vest) to swim because my arm strength never return. This all happened in 13 days on the drug. My Dr. ignored my symptoms until I had to storm into her office & tell her I was not going to take that drug again even though I have severe HBP. Luckily it is a drug that can be dropped without withdrawal symptoms. BTW it didn't do a thing for my b/p. Fam
