| Could this be hyperthyroidism/adrenal fatigue
I am a healty 32 years old male who has an athletic build and have been having weird symptoms for over two years. I feel it is hyperthyroidism/adrenal fatigue, but many doctors and many tests later nothing. Here are my symptoms:THE MAIN SYMPTOMS IS FATIGUE!
1. wake up not feeling refreshed after 8 hours of sleep.
2. around four hours after waking I get a bit lightheaded/shaky (lasts for an hour.
3. need a nap around 3pm.
4. start to feel normal again after 7pm.
5. brain fog/fatigue/hand fine tremor/trouble falling asleep/sweaty/irratable/trouble concentration/IBS/excercise intolerance/wake up with a rush some mornings/
all these symptoms go away at night--I get the most done at night....
Here is my blood work and I know my TSH levels are low normal but the doc just says lets just wait and see...its been 2 years.

ANY WHO ANY THOUGHTS WOULD BE GREAT
