Gram, if you're like me, waking up in the middle of the night? that's when I take my meds. That way I know there are no "interactions" and by morning I can eat/drink anything I want. Just a suggestion

I can try that since I do wake up during night to go to the bathroom. I am addicted to the Amarreto creamer in my coffee so I guess the other suggestion won't work. Thanks you two!
Gram4, that is a very good question! Adjusting to having to take levo every morning is a trick! I try to wait before I drink anything but some mornings I just need my diet dew...not sure if that is a good thing or not!!
I have a coworker who has been synthorid for years and when I was telling her about how I wait to eat and how I can't take vitamins within four hours she was shocked she said that no one had ever told her that. She takes all six of her pills at one time in the morning...she doesn't seem to have any troubles. So hopefully in the end a little coffee or pop won't interfer too much!
