Hi there - I'm trying to ask you a thyroid question, but the last time I saw your post I couldn't post a reply because it said it was closed. So if this is the lady who had the thyroid ablation and was happy she had it, I'm trying to reach you to ask some questions. Just not sure how to do it. So I'll ask you here if that's okay.
You said you had an rai ablation and was wondering if you could tell me
1. If you went hypo afterwards.
2. Was being hypo hard to control
3. Did you gain weight or feel bad
4. What can I expect and any advice for me.
Thank you so much I REALLy appreciate any insight as I've had a thyroid post but not many replys. Thank you! By the way, I've had graves for about 8 years and been on PTU. I can't get ins. with graves but can if I"m being treated for hypo.
