temperature and full neck feeling

I don't know how accurate or how much doctors pay attention to temperature, but mine has been between 97.1-97.4 the last couple weeks (taken first thing in the morning). My neck suddenly got that really full neck feeling last night, to the point where when I'd try to lie down to sleep, it felt like my throat was being closed off. I'd keep waking up scared I couldn't breathe.

I only started the new dose of 50mcg of synthroid two weeks ago, so it's too soon to get retested, so not sure what to do yet.

Anyone else have low temps or that scary throat closing experience?
