You need to ask your lab - ranges vary. By "Free T" you mean FT4 (FreeT4)? With healthy people TSH is about 0,4-2,5 - usually around 1 or slightly above it (your lab reference range is higher stating normal to be something up to 4 or 5 or so). When on HypoT medication TSH may be lower if needed.
