what does immunoglobulin A, QN, Serum high level mean

Could someone please tell me ....what does immunoglobulin A, QN, Serum high level mean? mine is 727 :-) seems awfully high ... have Crohns if that has something to do with it?

Immunoglobulins are also known as antibodies. IgA is one such antibody, but it has nothing to do with thyroid, and this is a thyroid board.
Try posting your question on the bowel disorders board.
