| will my baby be affected?
I posted another thread "what'swrong with me" I still don't have a diagnosis if I have a thyroid problem but I got tested today results not in yet.
Anyways, I was nevertested for thyroid issues while pregnant and symptoms started during my pregnancy. Will it have effect on my baby. She seems to have come out healthy... didn't get pku test results yet due to insurance switch. But I had no idea thyroid could affect my baby! Wondering why my gyno didn'tmention or consider it at all.
I ate less in this pregnancy but my baby was a big baby... 8.2 pounds! I ate more in my first pregnancy and she was normal birth weight...6.12 ounces.
My second baby who is two months seems to always want to nurse and is a high needs baby so not sure if there is a link with thyroid?
