how about this. my endo just called and actually apologized about everything that has happened to me. he wanted to let me know that he surely did not see this rare cancer in my thyroid nor did he know about all the damage it was doing to the surrounding areas.he ordered a ton of blood work to make sure everything is ok and will see me on 9/3.he wanted me to know that my "lack of a thyroid problems" will now be secondary to my cancer treatments. he told me that we will get through this. HUH?!

this is a call i did not expect. i was willing to go through life despising this man who told me i was over-reacting.now what do i do??!!!LOL. i can't say my trust has been reinstated but it feels like maybe i should try - start over.i will keep my defenses up,be alert and try to stay informed.
