Your FT3 labs show you to be very hypo. How do you feel? If you feel hypo then you need treatment for sure (If you feel fine then you should retest in case of lab error). The TSH can be different for different people and isn't a great judge for treatment (and I'm surprised your doc is agreeable that yours isn't "normal", good for her in that regard!). But that FT3 is sub-range and needs to be brought up into the top third of range. So I think that you likely need treatment. Ask her if you can have some other labs done, specifically, a Free T4, TPO-Ab, TG-Ab and vitamin D, B12 and Ferritin. It's a good idea to see if you have Hashi's or not and if you're that hypo it's likely you've got some vit and mineral deficiencies.
