Need new suggestions for omega-3's
I've been drinking a tablespoon of flax seed oil every day since I can't take fish oil, but now the flax oil is breaking my face out. I looked it up and it's a comedogenic oil. My skin is super sensitive, so if it's on the comedogenic list, my face will break out.
I'm thinking of trying fish oil made from salmon. I read Evening Primrose Oil isn't good if you have thyroid problems either, so I'm out of ideas. Are there any other omega-3 oils I can try?
