Is it worth cutting down on gluten if you can't cut it out completely?

Is it worth cutting down on gluten if you can't cut it out completely?

I don't have Celiacs, and I don't think I have a gluten intolerance, but I keep reading how gluten can trigger Hashi's attacks. Unfortunately I just can't afford to go completely gluten-free and my thyroid levels are still too low so I'm not feeling well enough to cook a lot. If you don't have an intolerance to gluten, will it still not make a difference if you cut out some things or eat more gluten free products like soup and frozen waffles? I'd like to eat healthier, but this all or nothing is making me think it's not worth trying at all.

If you have Celiac then any gluten at all will set off a reaction. If you are sure you don't have it (and it requires extensive testing, including biopsies, to properly diagnose) then cutting down on gluten may help. I know I did a lot better when I was on a very low carb diet way back when and this basically cut out a lot of gluten too.

I know I don't have Celiac's. I had a bloodtest that came up negative and I also don't get any bad reactions after eating gluten products. I was just reading a book that said eating gluten free can help calm Hashi's attacks. I may try cutting down anyway just because it seems healthier.
