Exclamation hypothyroidism weight gain?
Ive been over weight (not extremely) for about nearly ten years now. I've been diagnosed about 3 months ago with Hypothyroidism and am currently on 75mg Levrothyroxine. This is until the doctor have found the correct dosage for me as i'm still going through blood tests. I'm curious as to if i will lose weight once on the correct dosage or will the medication have no effect on my weight?

Only a few people find that weight magically melts off once they start hormone, so don't count on it. But it should be easier to lose weight with exercise and proper diet when those didn't work while hypo.
