hyperthyroid symptoms

Has anyone who has been hyperthyroid experienced unusual body sensations that feel like itching or stinging--it's hard to describe. The sensation only lasts seconds, then next time I feel it somewhere else. I felt this way when hyper before. I just had my levels checked but I am not hyper--my ANA is climbing though. Anyone else with similar symptom??? How about positive ANA with thyroid disease. Right now mine is 1:320. That is what it was when I was hyper before. Any responses appreciated. Susan
