There's a ton recommonded on thyroid.about.com.

A few of the faves on this board:

"Living Well with Hypothyroidism" by Mary Shomon

"The Thyroid Solution" by Dr. Ridha Arem

"Hypothyroidism: The Unsuspected Illness" by Dr. Broda Barnes
