Still twitching badly when I try to sleep. Sedatives not working at all. Propananol not helping at night. Feeling worse all the time with other symptoms. Was hyper 2 years ago. Doc says test results normal. What do you think ?

TSH 1.31

That is the only info my doc holds. Sorry to be so ignorant on the subject. Need to get this sorted going mad. Thanks Lizzy

I would not say that you are hyper, for sure. That level may be hypo for you, though. I don't know.

You may need to take selenium and vitamin B-50 complex daily to settle down your nerves.

I believe a normal Free T4 is: 0.7 - 1.9 ng/dl.

Lizzy, is your twitching visable to others, do you have a sleeping partner? If so, does your partner say it goes away when you fall asleep? Is it constant throughout the day?
