If one takes one B component, such as B6 or B2, etc, then one will become deficient in other B's.
The best thing to do is take it in a natural form such as in Brewer's yeast or carob, because the B's are naturally balanced. But they don't taste that good, and aren't convenient.
So, I take the B complex pill found at any drugstore.
It can be B-50, or B-100 complex. They turn the urine dark yellow, and that is harmless. It is water soluable, so any brand is easy to digest. Take them after food, so they won't upset the stomach. Drink a glass of water. Whatever the body doesn't use that day is washed out in the urine, so you can't overdose.
