Experiences with Postprandial Reactive hypoglycemia?

I just had my TSH tested because of symptoms of shortness of breath and lightheadedness. My TSH was 9.5 and was down to 7.5 after a week on an increase of generic synthroid meds from 1.25 to 1.5. Scheduled to get tested again in 3 weeks and I hope it will continue to come down.
I feel bad much of the time and have realized I am having symptoms of lightheadedness, clamminess of the skin, and flushing about 2 hours after my meals. I have found these symptoms are similiar to Postprandial Reactive hypoglycemia.
I am wondering if anyone else has experienced symptoms of Postprandial Reactive hypoglycemia and if they went away after your thyroid levels returned to normal.
