Gonna sound crazy but

Can someone help me tackle this obsessive worry..Ok so im taking armour now..Feeling better..Been reading alot about the thyroid..Thing is i hav ocd..So i read that t3 helps increase the consumption of im worried that if i breathe too much im gonna lose all my t3..can someone jus prove it wrong for me..i kno, this is crazy..

T3 is a thyroid hormone that circulates throughout the body.....if anything, breathing better will make the body function better and, therefore, enhance the effects of the T3.

And, just from a practical standpoint, Armour has higher proportions of T3 to T4 than natural human proportions so you should have plenty of T3
