Question bilateral nodules to hypoechoic nodule?

Hi! Im happy to have stumbled on this site. Hope someone could enlighten me what the results of my test meant?

Jan 10,2011

ultrasound test impression :thyroid nodules bilateral, with probable inflammatory features

Jan 10, 2011

TSH 0.541 (0.27-4.20)
FT3 4.65 (3.10-6.80)
FT4 16.28 (12-22)

and after 2 months of taking levothyroxine ,
i had another ultrasound test today ,march 29 ,2011
that has an impression of :diffuse thyromegaly with hypoechoic nodule on the right and small cystic on the left.

march 29,2011
TSH 0.25 (0.27-4.20)*done twice
T3 135.00 (1.20-3.10)
T4 4.65 (58-181)

can anyone please help me and tell me if I had improved a bit ?

march 29,2011 test was supposed to be Ft3,Ft4..but I forgot to bring the request paper ,instead I asked the lab to get me t3, was only then I realized after I had seen the results and found the request slip..
Thanks in advance!
