Re: new labs, please help

no typo. yeah indeed quite a drop. Just got them through the phone but still I'm sure they said 2.57

How I'm feeling? I'm feeling quite tired to say at least, dragging, tired, don't get through the days, foggy, muscle aching, eyes aching, heartpalps, people easily get on my nerves, sore throat, tension feeling too, sleepy hands and feet, chills, sugar cravings, itchy feet, and so on and on. nope not feeling well.

Re: new labs, please help

Hey,

I agree it looks like your meds are still off.

My sweet spot is when my FTS Are balanced in the 75-80% of normal range.

How did I find it?
It took four years two before my second pregnancy and two after.
I kept a daily log and spread sheet of symptoms and physical readings.
Morning and evening: BP, temp, heart rate, weight..
In addition to a combined hyperT and hypoT list of symptoms. I noted when symptoms were present and intensity on a scale of 1-5. This allowed me to keep a structured log that could be witnessed by my husband or physical training or other person to fight the it is in your head md reply.

I agree that it looks like you could use another boost in meds. I wish I could help more.
