We all react individually to changes in our thyroid levels. TSH has no direct bearing on symptoms but many would have severe symtoms with your level, some would be "just a bit tired". You haven't posted reference ranges for FT4 but with typical ranges of .8-1.8 your level wouldn't be that bad so it wouldn't be very surprising if you didn't have severe symtoms yet.
We all have our own "personal good levels" somewhere within the reference range so it's not easy to say how one is "supposed" to feel. IMHO the severity of the condition is more about symptoms, not just labs, but I think based on your labs many doctors would consider your case to be "mild". Your TSH is clearly out of range (and far from typical healthy levels) but some doctors would think it's just "slightly elevated"
