It's not uncommon to have alternating doses of T4 meds such as Levoxyl.
Your labs would provide a much better indication as to whether or not the new dosing regimen is appropriate.
Hopefully, your doctor has been checking your FreeT4 and FreeT3 levels.
If you have some recent labs to share, you can post the results here for interpretation. Please be sure to post the reference ranges since they vary from lab to lab and your result can only be properly interpreted within the context of your lab's ranges.
