hi everybody,

since a couple of days I'm having quite some pain in my calves, did anybody have that too, was it related (to me it feels related again)? if so where you hypo or hyper?
also have like red bumps on my legs but it's not really hives, had that before and somehow the both seem to be connected too. It's like if I put my hand on my leg, after that I'll have a red hard bump.

all info is more then welcome.

I'll get these once in awhile if i flex my leg or foot (usually at night) I take calcium and magnesium every night but I only have these if I am slipping back down to more hypo again, it's like a sign for me,like dry eyes and joint or muscle pain.
