Exercise burning off T3

Ok guys I am on 180 mg of Armour since mid April. I hve been feeling a bit hyper the past week or so. I have cut out exercise due to remodeling my house. I have been working out since I started the 180 and have felt pretty good. I have heard exerise will burn of some extra t3 floating around. Is this true? I wonder if that's part of my problem.

Re: Exercise burning off T3

Exercise and increased activity can increase your need for thyroid meds. Moderate exercise can also help one feel better even when the medication is a bit too low. You may need to cut your dose down a bit and then increase again when you resume to your regular workout.
