how many grains should i take?

i bought some thyroid-s from thailand its the same amount as armour how many grains should i take to start with?

What are your free t4 and free t3 levels. Your tsh that it seems you posted didn't look too bad. Before you buy medication, have people look at your other levels too, then find a doctor you can work with on this. Otherwise, taking thyroid hormone at the wrong level, can be dangerous.

endo jsut said to take anti-depressants and did not listen to me, he said my TSH was fine and that was the end of the matter. and i was discharged

but i have all the symptoms and anti depressants dont work so i will treat myself

This isn't a self-treatment kind of board.
The fact is, there's nothing in your TSH alone that proves you're hypothyroid. You need free T4 and free T3 tests, too. I realize you're in the UK and can't get them from the NHS, but asking us to help you treat yourself is asking us to help you give yourself a stroke or heart attack. None of us wants that.
