My daughter just had her first thyroid panel done;

T4 8.4 (4.7-13.3)
tsh 1.35 (0.31-4.82)
thyroperoxidase Ab 8.1 (<9.0)
Thyroglobulin antibody > 3000 (<116)

We were referred to an endocrinologist. W have an appt in 3 weeks. She has been gaining weight and has not been able to lose despite dieting.

Are there any more labs that should be done before her appt that would give the doctor all that he needs to diagnose?

Any ideas form what we have here ?

I am currently subclinical hashi, have no symtoms. Multinodular goiter.
