Question appointment tomorrow!!
I have my first appointment with the endocrinologist tomorrow at 2 pm. I've been taking levothyroxine 25mcg since may 10th and I always take it early in the morning. Should I take it tomorrow morning or would it affect my labs if the endo decides to have blood drawn in the afternoon? Any advice greatly appreciated!

Taking the med will skew a free T4 reading, making it appear higher than it actually is on average. (It won't affect total T4, TSH, nor anything else.) To be on the safe side, I'd take it after the blood draw or perhaps just skip it altogether. One day's missed dose won't make a lot of difference in the long haul.
