Do you have the reference ranges for these? Normally TSH level that high would be on the hypothyroid side but your FreeT4 result of 2 is a bit confusing
- unless it's really free thyroxine index that really has very little to do with your actual free T4 levels (posting those ranges would be helpful
). Your T4 ie. total T4 looks pretty low so that would be consistent with hypothyroidism, that T3 result probably isn't any "real" T3 measurement but T3 uptake. Free thyroid levels (FreeT4, direct and FreeT3) are the most accurate measurements of thyroid function.
