Details would be helpful.
I scanned your former posts and found that you started treatment with 100 mcgs, which was reduced to just 25 mcgs a few weeks later. Both things were a mistake. Dosage shouldn't have been higher than 50 to start, and that would've prevented needing to reduce it so drastically later.
We need to see the lab's reference range for each test to be sure of what's going on. Those tests are not useful for monitoring treatment, and 25 mcgs is never a therapeutic dose. There seems to be a lot wrong with the way your MD approaches hypothyroidism.
The main question is... How do you feel? Your T4 (total) is low, which means free T4 is low. That produces symptoms. I suspect your symptoms are still there, but your MD won't increase your dose because your TSH is "normal". Right?
