I'm sorry you're struggling like this.
do you have any recent labresults if so please feel free to post including the reference ranges, without those it's hard to comment on what is going on and how things can be improved.
Very likely your levels are still off but due to the disbalance of T4 and T3 you cannot go up. but I cannot make assumptions without the correct information being the bloodresults.
good to know that T3 is much more potent (about 4 times in theory) then T4. how much of what a person needs is quite indivual but normal people (without thyroid problem) have free levels FT4 and FT3 of about 60-80% of the ranges so it's a good starting point to aim for that)
What is the dosage you're on from both?
