Unhappy Not a happy underactive bunneh :(

Right so i'm back again lol, went to see my endocrinologist today again, apparently since he upped my levothyroxine to 50 3 months ago my blood results show that my TSH levels have not lowered at all... in fact they've have slightly increased which apparently means my thyroid has still failed during the last 3 months so instead of increasing me to 75 hes bumped me up to 100 but told me to take 1 week of taking 75 then the rest at 100. I'm just confused as to why it's gone up again in such a small amount of time? my first result showed a tsh level of 7, then after being on 25 levothyroxine it showed it went down to about 3 point something (can't remember exactly), then he upped me to 50 and yet this time my result was 3.95 why on earth would it have not dipped but risen slightly? I'm not happeh and i'm so confuuused . He's also given me a blood test this time for Thyroid Antibodies, something to do with a protein sort of anti body that attacks the thyroid gland?

tsh fluctuates----even if you took it at different times of the day it could be different. Thats why you need to look at more---your free t4 and free t3 levels as wel..
