Okay. I will bite. Why are 80% of thyroid sufferers female? Humm?
Oh, I know it is...because we can take it... in addition to having babies, cleaning houses, working, and in general serving as super moms!
I am a strong advocate of regular blood testing and including antibody testing for family members when autoimmune thyroid conditions are known. S much could be done to cut down on suffering if we stood up together and fought for adequate care..
