EEK well I didn't expect that. On December 26th I had a TT for a multi nodule goiter. Today I followed up with my surgeon and the biopsy said I had 2 (very small) papillary carcinomas. This is freaking me out in the sense that there was two of them.... Does anyone have experience with this? Did you have to do RAI or keep your thyroid hormone levels higher? Or because they are tiny is it just over and done with? I realize that it's not something to stress about and probably will all be good ..... but just hearing that at 33 I had cancer is stressful! Thanks in advance for any info or advice

Doesn't sound like anything to worry about. You should talk to your endo. about it, and even get another opinion if you want, but the surgery cured you---you may want to do tsh suppression and discuss with your doctors for a couple of years to prevent any thyroid tissue regrowth, but I don't think you have anything that is worrisome.
