So, did he tell you you have Celiac? My daughter has Celiac and her numbers were high even though very few symptoms. We seem to run high antibodies. I suspect she has the beginning of Hashi's too possibly as I have antibodies for auto immune thyroid disease. She had some complaints of bloating and constipation and said to her doc.. "can you run a Celiac panel for the heck of it?" He did and she was positive. She, herself set up an appointment with a gastro guy and it was confirmed through biopsy, although very mild. On the diet, antibodies returned to normal and she has no bloating and constipation anymore.If she eats gluten NOW she gets really sick and nauseous.Why won't your doc say that you need a biopsy for confirmation? her gastro doc said Celiac and Hashi's can run together often.
