| Thyroid enlargement
I have been diognised with enlargement of thyroid. teh report reads like this :
Right thyroid : Lobe is enlarged (6.7x3.3x3.3cm) . one mixed echogenic solid nodule (3.2x4 cm) noted on it
Left thyroid lobe os enlarged as well (6.4x2.2x1.8 cm) Multiple mixed echogenic solid nodules (1.6,1,0.8)cm) noted in it. No any calcification
Isthmus is also normal appearance
No retrostrenal extention
No adenpathy nor any other mass noted in the neck
will appreciate what others had done in such a situation. Is surgery only cure
