Tsh & t4 climbing. Can this cause swollen lymph nodes?

I Have felt "those" old aches & pains again so I had my blood tested. Tsh is usually 0.01 but it's up at 1.01 t4 15 (10-25) bones & joint ache, dry mouth etc i noticed on Sunday my groin nodes were all up I tried to ignore it but they are still big today. I am beyond freaking out about all sorts of cancers!!

Can a Tsh in levels cause nodes to swell?
