 Could I really be this lucky??
I have TMJ, but the most obvious symptom to me is the clicking noise and in the morning it is especially loud. I used to have pain in my jaw but after leaving a stressful job that went away. I have had TMJ for at least 15 years... anyway, I was looking at the symptons of TMJ on this board and I noticed that one of those was neckpain. I have terrible neckpain and I even had my chiropractor give me XRays. He didn't find anything and said it may be stress. Yesterday I had two crowns put in, they are top molars in the very back... one of them was a replacement and the new crown is not as small as the old one that I used to have... hence my bite feels better. Today I also noticed that my neck isn't hurting nearly as bad, and I can look up with minimal pain. Is this a coincidence or is it possible with a better bite my neck pain may actually go away??? I hope this is alright but I am also going to post this on the dental page??
