OK... here's what I have heard... glucosamine is found in certain seafood products (therefore, you shouldn't take it if you have an allergy to shellfish). Chondroitin sulfate is a component in the cartliage and tissue of all animals.
I've started taking 1500 mg per day a year ago and it drastically decreased the clicking and joint pain. Again, this is my testimonial and of course, I can't speak for everyone.
But, ask anyone you know that has arthritis... I'm sure they heard about it and may be using it as well. The seniors in my family swear by it for their arthritis... it was easier for me to find arthritis sufferers than people with TMJ.
