Need advice - lightheadedness
I used to post on this board a while back and as the 18 month anniversary (started 10th Dec 2001) of my lightheadedness is coming round and I'm still no better I thought I'd seek more advice.
I have had a full head MRI (clear) and hearing/balance tests. Also had full eye test (clear) and allergy tests (also clear).
I have what can best be described as lightheadedness, its not vertigo, sometimes confusion, not especially anxious but I guess you could say sometimes I get too uptight about things.
I am better sometimes, like when I get a lot of sleep and very bad when I get less sleep or food etc.
One other physical symptom is that I often have a very pronounced pulse esp in stomach area.
I exercise four times a week for an hour a time at the gym and feel great when I come out.
I have had several blood tests and a full physical at the gym, but could the good feeling after the gym be ascribed to better blood and therefore oxygen flow?
Sorry to cross post this but as you can understand I have no idea what is causing this. The doctors and ENT specialist says it is vestibular neuronitis and that it could last up to 18 months.
